Fleet Care Specialist – Independent Contractor

Compensation: $13 – $20 per hour equivalent, based on workload and performance
Status: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible / As needed / On-call assignments

Overview:
Noir Elite Rentals is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Independent Contractor Fleet Care Specialist to support vehicle preparation and fleet care tasks. Contractors will perform cleaning, inspection, and vehicle readiness services on an as-needed basis. This role requires responsibility, time management, and the ability to maintain high presentation standards with minimal supervision.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

Perform vehicle inspections at pickup and return
Clean and detail interior and exterior of vehicles
Check and refill basic fluids, tire pressure, and safety items
Document vehicle condition, mileage, and fuel levels with photos
Report mechanical or cosmetic issues immediately
Move vehicles for cleaning, pickup, or maintenance appointments
Assist with customer hand-off when required

Contractor Requirements

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Smartphone with camera for documentation
Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and perform physical tasks
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to accept or decline assignments
Must provide W-9 form and be responsible for own taxes

Compensation
Contractors are paid per assignment at a rate equivalent to $13–$20 per hour depending on task type and performance.

Note: This is not an employee position. Contractors maintain control over their schedule and may work with other companies.
